RSP Kayak Portable

RSP Kayak Portable is an inertial configuration for kayaking-specific strength conditioning, with a portability kit and straps for attaching to a solid structure. It allows work on the paddling movement without the complete chassis of the Kayak with chassis version.

How it works

The athlete accelerates the flywheel and controls braking before the next repetition. Configurations with 4, 2 or 0 masses allow work to focus on starting, acceleration or precise force application in rapid sequences, according to the objectives described by RSP.

When to choose this model

It is suitable when you want a solution that mounts on an appropriate support available in your training space. Portability does not mean use without anchoring. It is a sport-specific strength machine, not a cardio ergometer.
