RSP Kayak with chassis
RSP Kayak with chassis is an inertial machine for training sport-specific strength in the paddling movement. It allows work on rapid force application and control of the return in successive sequences on land.
How it works
The flywheel generates a sequence of accelerations and braking actions that the athlete must coordinate with paddling and trunk rotation. RSP proposes configurations with 4, 2 or 0 masses for different objectives: starting, acceleration and control at high speed.
When to choose this model
Choose the version with chassis for a dedicated kayaking strength station. It is a sport-specific strength machine, not a cardio ergometer. For a configuration that attaches to an existing structure, compare it with RSP Kayak Portable.
Features
- Working configurations with 4, 2 or 0 masses.
- 4 stainless steel masses included.
- Adjustable foot supports according to the official page.
- 5 m rope and pulling bar.

Warnings
- Use the machine according to the manual and with appropriate instruction in inertial training.
- Check the installation, mounts, rope and accessories before use.
- Increase intensity progressively and maintain control of the braking phase.
- In rehabilitation, the program and eligibility are determined by a specialist. No medical outcomes or guaranteed injury prevention are promised.
Frequently asked questions
How does it differ from Kayak Portable?
This version is commercially listed with a dedicated chassis. Portable includes a kit for attaching to a solid structure and a 3,5 m rope.
Is the encoder included?
It is not included in this commercial item. Monitoring is configured separately using the sensor appropriate for the machine.
How do I choose the load?
Choose the available configuration and movement intensity according to the athlete's level and objective. For correct use, follow the manual and your coach's instructions.
