Water Training Bag (Aqua Training Bag)

Training bag with a durable PVC outer shell, ideal for developing strength and improving body balance thanks to the instability created by the movement of water inside. It offers more varied and engaging training methods for fitness enthusiasts and athletes.

The water volume can be adjusted, with a maximum capacity of 15 kg. It is equipped with 4 reinforced handles, allowing a wide range of exercises to be performed.

Thanks to its compact design, when emptied and folded it is easy to transport and use both in the gym and at home. It features a weight indicator positioned next to the water level and a valve cap for inflation and drainage located at the end of the bag.

Attention:

Do NOT use salt water (sea water).
Empty all water after each use.
Do not use the product outdoors in cold weather.
