Overview

Physioled Therma THR001 is a professional TECAR unit for capacitive and resistive diathermy. Both modes belong to the same device and use the corresponding heads. The package includes the THRMA handpiece, neutral electrode and six heads: three capacitive and three resistive, in 24, 48 and 62 mm diameters.

Operating modes and accessory selection

Documented frequencies are 450 and 550 kHz. The manufacturer lists maximum power as 150 W / 250 VA, separately from the 300 VA electrical input. Preset and custom programs are available; the handpiece has 0°, 45° and 90° positions. The practitioner selects mode, head and settings according to the manual and patient assessment. The 80 mm heads are optional, not part of the standard set.
