RSP Conic Racket
RSP Conic Racket is a conical pulley machine for sport-specific strength training in racket sports. The shaft geometry and disc configuration target precise movements such as shoulder and trunk rotations or combinations of these.
How it works
The machine allows acceleration and braking of segmental movements. The aluminum disc has a two-part removable construction, providing two inertia configurations, with or without the outer ring.
When to choose this model
Choose Conic Racket for strength work on components of the technical movement in racket sports. Movements are adapted to the athlete's level and training objective. The machine does not launch balls and does not replace technical work on the court.
Features
- Conical shaft adapted to racket sports.
- Aluminum disc that can be disassembled into two parts.
- Two inertia configurations, with or without the outer ring.
- 3,5 m rope and handle included.

- Check the installation, mounts, rope and accessories before use.
- Increase intensity progressively and maintain control of the braking phase.
- In rehabilitation, the program and eligibility are determined by a specialist. No medical outcomes or guaranteed injury prevention are promised.
Frequently asked questions
Is it a ball launcher?
No. It is an inertial machine for training strength and control of movements in racket sports.
Is the encoder included?
It is not included in this commercial item. Monitoring is configured separately using the sensor appropriate for the machine.
How do I choose the load?
Choose the available configuration and movement intensity according to the athlete's level and objective. For correct use, follow the manual and your coach's instructions.
