RSP Conic
RSP Conic is a conical pulley machine for training precise movements of the upper limbs, lower limbs and trunk. It can be used for shoulder or hip rotations, single-leg exercises and sporting movements in which acceleration is followed by controlled braking.
How it works
The flywheel stores the energy imparted during the concentric phase and returns it during the eccentric phase. The athlete controls the return through braking. The conical geometry of the shaft and the mass configuration allow the machine's response to be adapted to the exercise. The load is not expressed as a number of kilograms equivalent to a weight stack.
When to choose this model
Choose Conic when you need precision, segmental control and an adjustable pulling direction. For wide-ranging movements and changes of direction with intense braking, compare the configuration with RSP Conic Pro.
Features
- Response adjustment through the radius of the conical shaft and the flywheel masses.
- 120 cm rail for adjusting the height of the rope outlet.
- Vertical pulling possible through the floor anchor point.
- Hand grip and ankle strap included.

Use and adjustments
Install the machine on a suitable structure according to the manual. Adjust the rope outlet and length for the selected exercise: the end of the concentric phase must coincide with the usable travel so that the rope remains taut. Start with controlled movements and adapt the configuration together with your coach.
Warnings
- Use the machine according to the manual and with appropriate instruction in inertial training.
- Check the installation, mounts, rope and accessories before use.
- Increase intensity progressively and maintain control of the braking phase.
- In rehabilitation, the program and eligibility are determined by a specialist. No medical outcomes or guaranteed injury prevention are promised.
Frequently asked questions
How does it differ from Conic Pro?
Conic focuses on precise movements and segmental control. Conic Pro has a configuration designed for movement and changes of direction with intense braking.
Is the encoder included?
It is not included in this commercial item. Monitoring is configured separately using the sensor appropriate for the machine.
How do I choose the load?
Choose the available configuration and movement intensity according to the athlete's level and objective. For correct use, follow the manual and your coach's instructions.
