Omega 3 Z-Konzept is a fish-oil supplement in a 90-soft-capsule container. The formula supplies EPA and DHA in a format for daily use by adults who choose to supplement these fatty acids.

Four capsules provide 640 mg EPA and 400 mg DHA. The amount of fish oil is not equal to the sum of EPA and DHA and should not be presented entirely as “omega-3”. When comparing products, follow the EPA and DHA amounts in the daily serving rather than only total oil mass.

EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg EPA and DHA. This statement is not a treatment indication or a promise to reduce triglycerides.
