d3Tape K6.0 is a classic kinesiology tape in a practical 50 mm x 6 m roll. The manufacturer specifies an elastic cotton blend, an acrylic adhesive coating and a latex-free construction. Application

Apply to clean, completely dry skin without creams, oils or lotion. Measure and cut the required length, round the corners to reduce early lifting and avoid touching the adhesive more than necessary. Apply the first and last centimetres without stretch; the amount of tension through the working section depends on the chosen taping technique. Rub the tape gently after application to help the adhesive bond.

Wear and removal

Avoid applying over wet or heavily moisturised skin. If the tape becomes damp after sport or showering, pat it dry rather than rubbing it. Remove slowly, close to the skin and preferably in the direction of hair growth.

Do not apply to open wounds, burns, infected or strongly irritated skin. Stop use if pain, marked itching, persistent redness, numbness or another unusual reaction occurs.
